We realize that corporations both non-profit and for-profit are beginning to understand how important wellness and staff (morale or recognition) programs benefit their employees and their company as a whole.  Many larger companies incorporate some type of wellness program in their benefit packages because these companies realize that healthier employees make for more productive employees.  This philosophy does not just apply to physical health, but emotional and mental health as well.  Corporations have progressively realized that the investment in these types of programs will save corporation monies in the long run through decreased disability pay outs, employee turnover and the lack of productivity. 

Our mission at the Institute for Proactive Strategies, Inc. is to empower employees and organizations by increasing their effectiveness using engaging activities that motivate, encourage, celebrate, release the potential, as well as touching the heart of employees through staff development training or one-on-one coaching.

How do we do this?  We accomplish meeting the needs of our clients through our great and dynamic team.  Our team consists of a group of experienced trainers who are focused on the needs of our clients and are committed in their efforts to support and empower our clients to reach and excel in achieving their organizational goals.  We harness the skills of highly qualified people, such as Empowerment Speakers, Trainers and Consultants to address specific organizational issues and concerns.  We do not subscribe to a “one size fit all” form of a staff development delivery system, but through our employee/manager analysis survey, we are able to identify specific training needs for each organization.  In these training, coaching or support groups, we create a safe environment for highly interactive engagement and learning that produces the following:
