2. Why would I choose your services?
We have a group of experienced trainers and coaches from various fields of Education, Health, Business, Social work, Psychology, Science and other life skills who have a genuine love and concern for young people and adults.
3. Do you provide services to individuals or primarily to organizations?
We provide services to both individuals and organizations, one on one coaching provides individual attention to help unlock the client's potential so their growth is maximized. We provide an opportunity for organizations to decide and select what services they feel are in line with their needs. However we still do a client analysis survey to insure that we have captured the essence of your real needs.
4. How are your services selected? Are your services provided through a prescribed method or do you customize your services to fit the needs of the clientele?
Based on a needs assessment analysis, services can be customized to fit the specific needs of the client.
5. Are your services affordable to individuals?
Yes, they are reasonable and competitive with the current market.
6. Do you provide follow up services?
Follow-up services are a vital component of our program and each client can be provided these services. I.P.S. staff understands that the achievement of desired results takes time. We believe that our clients are most responsive to achieving their goals when provided with a long-term caring relationship established on trust, encouragement, and support.
7. As a parent or school administrator, how can I be assured that I.P.S. will ensure the safety of the youth to whom you provide services?
The staff at I.P.S. are required to undergo a criminal background inquiry that includes electronic fingerprinting, urine test for illegal substances and a rigorous character interview before employment with our organization.
8. Do you provide your services to individuals or organizations outside of the State of Michigan?
Yes, as long as the opportunity to provide services aligns with our mission to empower youth and adults to succeed in life through discovering their purpose and activating their potential.
9. The term “Edutainment” is referred to in your brochure, what is it?
We use the term “Edutainment” to refer to the creative forms of expression that we incorporate into the coaching process. We use music, skits, drama, art, the spoken word, poetry, and other forms of artistic expressions to make learning fun, interesting and consistent with the current culture.
10. Why does your organization strive to empower youth and adults?
I.P.S. seeks to give voice to the segment of our society that has often been silenced, which consists of our youth and underserved adults. Our objective is to value their ideas, suggestions and creativity, as well as, build life-long leadership skills. We want to teach them how to become problem-solvers, who exercise self-determination in their lives. Our hope is to aid our clients in discovering their hidden potential and power so that they can change their environment in positive ways. We want them to actualize their ability to be change agents, locally, nationally and globally.
